I am really enjoying this trip already, and it just started! Where would you go if you could go anywhere in the world? What country would it be? What would you see? Why would you go there?
If I could go anywhere in the world I would go to Japan. I would like to see some of the food that they eat. You could go see some cool pagotas. Also you could see some shrines. That is why I would want to go too Japan.

I would go to Italy. The reason why is because of it's cheese and gelato. I love those things. I would go to the city of Saviano because it is my last name and it is nice. The Leaning Tower of Pizza would be fun too! I want to see the Italian chefs cook.

If I could go anywhere in the world I would go to Paris. I have heard it has great food... and the cutest fashion! I also would go and see the Eiffel Tower. Of course I would have to have one crepe and at least one croissant. Paris would be the BEST!

If I were to go anywhere in the world I would go to England. My Grandpa loves that place, so does half my family! From what I've learned, it is beautiful and has lots of museums and artworks on display (NOT in museums). I love the accent, too! Though I have not been there, England is already my favorite place. LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!

I have been to many places, but I would really like to go to Australia! If I go there I might want to see Sydney, Australia.
ReplyDeleteI would like to go because I love Uggs and all boots in Australia are called Uggs because to them all their boots are ugly. And I love Koala Bears and Kangaroos. I also want to go becasue it is one of the few continents I have not been to!

If I could go anywhere in the world it would be Israel. I would like to see The Wailing Wall, the last of the holy temple. I would also like to see a close friend of mine that is there for 1 year. I could shop at unique and cool stores. I would eat at a famous restaurant and hotel called The King David Restaurant and Hotel.

Neat SS20! I will try to take some more pictures of food to show you the different meals they eat. I really like how they use plastic food to represent the food on the menu. That way, you can see what you are going to get!

I would like to go to Egypt. Egypt is the home of King Tut and I want to find out more about him,his family and friends. It will be an adventure that will take me back in time. It would be enjoy cruising around the pyramids that are the homes of ancient pharaohs and others. This will be so cool and will get me a better grade in social studies but in other words it will teach me some thing new. 24#SW
ReplyDeleteI would go to Isreal. I would want to see Masada and the "Dead Sea". I would go to Masada because I think it is cool to learn about the history of Judaism, especially with a handheld interactive electronic tour guide, because most of the sacred land has been destroyed and there is isn't much left. I would go to the Dead Sea because it's fun driving downward for such a long time going so far below sea level. It's also fun because I heard it heals wounds faster, you can float easily, and there are lots of salt crystals that I can find and keep.

Wow! These responses are amazing! Great Job!!!
ReplyDeleteSW24: I want to go to Egypt too. I think it would be fun to experience Egypt and the pyramids. A lot of history is there.

ReplyDeleteIsreal would be a fantastic place to go to. I don't have family there, but that would be an excellent reason alone to visit.
AT23: Great supporting reasons on why to go. If I ever go there, I will remember what you said!

ReplyDeleteI just some pictures of when my mom and dad went to Italy last year. I heard the gelato was YUMMY!!! I, too, want to go visit there because of family reasons. I did not know there was a city that you are named after. How cool!! That is amazing. My great-grandparents were from there.
RL14:
ReplyDeleteI am totally with you! I already am looking forward to coming again to this country in a few years. So far, it is a great visit!

ReplyDeleteSydney, Australia would be fun! I know that is the continent that we will be studying while you are at Mirman (like this year is Africa). It will be coming up soon.
I would like to go to Israel. I would visit Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. I would go because I could see my cousins in Tel Aviv and go to the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. What you do at the Wailing Wall is you write your wish on paper and stick it in a crack. The reason the Wall is so important is that there was a temple there and some bad guys destroyed it except for one wall and that is the Wailing Wall. I could see & learn the history of my religion. I think it's a small but beautiful country.

ReplyDeleteThailand would be fun! I didn't know that the oceans are warm!! I would be into swimming there. I am not into swimming in cold water. Riding an elephant would be exciting. I wonder if I would be scard?!
GC4 and CZ25:
ReplyDeleteParis would be one of the best places! Great food and wonderful sights! I am not sure if I could stop at only one crepe and one croissant...I may need more. They have great fashion!
I wish I had family there to visit.
Remind me to talk about the fashion tomorrow in Japan!
NK13:
ReplyDeleteRussia would be a cold, but fun trip. I am used to the cold, so I think I can do it! But dressing warm is the key!
Drink Vodka!?!? Aren't you a little young?
EH9 and RA1:
ReplyDeleteSeeing where your religion comes from and visiting friends are very important. I like the idea of writing your wish down and putting it in the crack. It must be a great sight to see! I, too, would like to see the Wailing Wall.
I would go to France again. I could see the Eiffel Tower towering over the tallest buildings. I would climb up to the second floor for some memories. I think that would be a great place to go.WK11

ReplyDeleteSame thing here RL#14! I would like to go to Japan so I can eat Teriyaki Chicken for dinner every night, but it will be hard because I don't know how to use chopsticks! Plus, I might see a Samurai or a rice farm, and I know that will be astounding! If I go there, I hope I don't get drenched by a heavy rainstorm!
I would like to go to England to see the Wimbledon Grand Slam tennis tournament. I would like to go because I play tennis and if I watch then I could learn how to play the game better. Also, it would be fun to watch tennis on grass. I could also go so I could see my cousin Neil. That would be fun!

I would like to go to Japan. The reason is not because Mrs. Walker is there. The reason why is because it is awesome there. I heard from my parents because they went there. I would like to feel the time change difference. I would want to see the different foods, sports, dances, religions, activities, and schools.
