I would like to visit Al Ain in the Liwa Oasis because it is full of green scenery. Al Ain means spring and is other wise known as the garden city. The Al Ain palace was the home of the governor of the city. It is now a museum. A mountain on the edge of town has amazing views of the city. This would all be enjoyable for me to see.

Of all the Emirates, I would like to visit Dubai. Dubai is a large city but it also has a wildlife sanctuary. I would like to visit the tallest man made structure in the world and look down from the world's highest observation deck. The tallest building in Dubai is twice as tall as the Empire State Building in New York City. I would also like to cross the water in the little wooden boats. They look fun. I would like to ride the boat to the wildlife sanctuary to see the flamingos and other animals. If I visited Dubai I would like to stay in one of the fancy hotels. Mrs. Walker are you staying in a fancy hotel? I think Dubai is cool because it is a big city and an animal sanctuary all in one.

CN14, I loved looking at the tallest building. It is called the Burj Khalifa. The hotel I am staying at is really close. I walked there last night. A neat thing they do there is a water show in front of the building. It is a fountain show where the water will shoot out and do cool movements to the music. It was very fun to watch and have the background be a the tallest building in the world. Today I am going to see if I can go in it. If so, I will take a picture for you!

I agree with CN14, I would also go to Dubai. It is the largest city in the world with the most visitors! I would also go to Dubai because it is the richest emirate in the UAE. I would also love to see the humungus malls! Last I would love to see the tallest building in the world!

Or21, I had fun looking at The Eroded Rock Formations at Zekreet. The rock formation is brown and it's weird shaped. It looks like a cave that is dark. I also a castle that was white and had a lot of domes. That was my favorite part.
ReplyDeleteTo me Ibn Battuta looked like a wealthy man. He was soooo brave to do that! If I l left my house as young as he did I would be homesick. I would also have a headache from the hotness of the trip. Ibn Battuta was a brave man!
